Online Returns Policy

Garments can be returned within 14 days from date of shipping, if the label is intact & garment is in same condition as bought (unworn), we please ask you take care when trying by removing jewelry and make-up.

Once we are happy the items returned are in a re-sell-able state, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email stating this.

Mother of the Bride & Groom Styles and all Sale or Clearance items are as above however we ask these be returned within 7 days from shipping.

Our in-store returns policy is different, for any queries of purchases made in-store please contact us direct or pop in-store.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for any lost packages, the cost of the return is to be paid by the customer.

We retain the right to refuse any return which is not in a re-sell-able condition or may deduct the cost of repair due to damages or miss handling from your refund.
